Arvada I enjoyed this information and I'm interested in giving some of the remedies a try but I'm not sure of how much of each ingredience to use. The amounts for the cinnamon and Cider Vinegar are listed, but the amount of olive oil and how much henna to water was left out. 1/16/2009

fallen angel I was really alarmed when my hair starts to fall about 3 weeks ago before a major exam.I really thought it's beacause of stress but then i tried to consult a doctor just to check on my blood bec. i was depriving myself of food for diet purposes.The blood tests turned out all within normal values.But eventhough i still bought vit. supplements and i took it for 2 weeks but no improvement.Until i discovered that too much vit.A could also cause hair fall so i stopped the vit. supplements bec. it contains a lot of vit.A.And then again i tried for solutions in the internet and found this article about olive oil.I tried it and no effect.Lastly i tried the vinegar thing and instantly it worked.There's a lot of improvement.No more hairs on my pillow when i wake up in the morning but a few strands still falls out.Nevertheless,i'm still very thankful for the apple cider vinegar.I just hope that my hairfall stops in a few days bec. i got a very thin hair now and i don't want to lose it all.And i also hope that it will grow faster with the use of vinegar.Thanks for all your advices! 5/1/2007
