Kim have you ever heard of the practice of typing out states and provinces in full on letters in the address instead of the abbreviations? We have a lady here who says it is proper etiquette and I've never heard of it - thanks! 5/18/2006
Cheryl Is it proper to mark through a salutaiton and write a first name if you know the person on a personal level.
