Carol Robilotta I work as a hostess and walk the restaurant 4.5 hours without sitting down. Do u think wearing 2.5 ankle weights everyday will tone my quads and help reduce the beginning of muscle loss from not keeping a strict workout schedule? Thank you for your response.
