Hi, I would like to thank Maya for her expert comments and regarding the problem faced by Yohannes, I think the only way you could probably look fuller without medication is by tring the "Torso Tiger" or the "Torso Wheel". Like the name suggests there are various gadgets available for the upper body, thatis the Torso. Regular usage of this not only helps you build those sagging muscles that add on to a bad shape up there but also hlps toning up the pectoral muscles, giving them a definite shape as you would not be able to "grow" more than you are endowsed with, but you can make yourself firm all the same. I have seen a marked difference to my Torso, with a great "V" shape, and additional bicep Curls...
This may take time, say about after having done this, after 5 repetitions, completed over a period of five differnt work out schedules, you'll probably see a difference! All the best! regards prerna |
