Crystal Hoppins this book is great to read for your kids. Especially your daughters. It sends a great message telling them that they are princesses in whatever stage they are going through. My kids loved it. We read it atleast 7 times. 11/7/2010

Linda I am 60 years old (how did THAT ever happen??) and when I want to curl up on a cold and rainy day, I go and find my beautifully illustrated copy of "A Little Princess" to cheer me up and brighten the day. I often end up by vatching A Little Princess on DVD and really love the later version, although the Shirley Temple Version is a delight as well. A WONDERFUL book that I have given to all my 4 Grand-daughters. 6/29/2006
