| Rachelle Carr | I've been a sleep talker from way back. I'm 52 yrs. old. and the problem has gotten worse. I even wake myself up several times a night. To top it off, it takes awhile to fall back to sleep. I do everything but sleepwalk. I count my blessings on that one.I'm handicap, so my exercising is limited. Sometimes I stay up all night, thinking that it would help me get uninterupted sleep, when I do fall asleep. I have ringing in my ears,,that's probably why it takes so long to get to sleep. I'm running out of solutions and it's driving me bananas | 2/15/2010 |
