I don't think anyone should drink alcohol at all and not even if your doctor says so because everyone says that I'm always so skinny and that is why I'm on this sight to try and gain wieght and my parents told me never to drink alcohol! |

normally i weight 70kg for 1.83m, but due family problems my weight drops to 66kg. On sunday i do alway's my long jog without any food before, that was good for fatburning, but now its a problem, there is so little fat ;) How i can overcome this problem. running with a full stomach is not an option for me. |
