Joseph Froton	As an exclusively Gay man, I appreciate the research done by the author to help homosexuals, both male and female, bi-sexuals and others understand that what they feel is completely normal. This "normality" is easily veritable within all of recorded history. It appears that the anti-homosexual sentiment directly results from Christianity in total. I honestly doubt that Christ would have ever condemned anyone based on ones sexual expression. I'm also certain that, as many modern day Christians, would never have viewed them as sinners, but that we should love them anyways. This anti-homosexual Christian indoctrination has resulted and continues to present day in the brutal and savage murderous hatred forced upon many 100's of thousands from the witch hunts of post-Christian Rome to Hiltler's death camps, extending up to fairly recent day society. During the pre-Christian era, most societies revered the homosexual as a holy person and many of the great oracles existing throughout the ancient World consisted of many homosexuals. Therefore, it is my opinion, based on not only my own intuitiveness but also reflected in historical accounts of both old and new World accounts, that homosexuals have always been held in high esteem. As a Gay man, I admit to having a sense of being special, but not necessarily better. Then again, Alexander the Great was no doubt, a great conqueror as well as a brutal murderer. Alexander did as however as was Roman policy, to use violent force against those being conquered that refused Roman occupation. roo	The Romans practiced homosexuality, and I would think that even then, they had a hard time trying to live a Godly life after salvation until they were delivered. Now in the twentieth Century ,we have found that the priests of the Catholic church practice homosexuality behind closed doors. We have also found that some are pedifiles and perverts. So just because the Catholic church wants to change the laws of God, and engaged in homosexuality while they still keep their title of priests and clergy,( where they won't lose their income). This is most absurd! They show stories on t.v. about homosexuality not only in the secular world but in the church also to make it alright and desensetise you to the fact that it is wrong. If the homosexuals read their bible correctly in the first chapter of Romans, it is stated that (and I can't remember which verses exactly right at this moment) But because they did not like to retain God in their Knowledge, even after he had showed it unto them ,that he gave them over unto a reprobate mind to do those things which are unseemingly, men with men burning in their lust one to the other, that even their women changed the natural use of the man. (women with women)That they all should believe a lie and be damned that did not believe the truth. There fore Since God did not turn his back on David and Johnathan there was no homosexual relationship. Why would God call David a man after his own heart, that when ever he did commit adultry and murder and God called him on it ,he quickly repented and turned from it ,because he loved God. Sir, or Madam, if you are in a homosexual relationship and you are claiming to be of Christ,repent and turn back to God with your whole heart. If you look at scripture in matthew where Jesus was approached by the father who had the child with the palsy, and that the demon threw him in the fire and out of the fire and in the water and out of the water , and his disciples could not cast him out. Jesus asked the father how long that the son had been this way , he said from a child(birth). Know there fore that Satan can send demonic forces into the child at birth. And knowing this many homosexuals say that they were born this way. No ! you were not born this way, the enemy of your soul sent demonic forces at your birth to pervert you. I have read a testimony of a girl who could never love a man ,because the police officers came and took her daddy a way when she was five,and such hatred filled her heart and she ran off and climbed into a tree and then an indian spirit guide came to her and said that he would take her to her daddy. This little girl grew up and became a lesbian into her mid twenties. And when she confessed this to her church Jesus gloriously delivered her, and now she is happily married and with children of her own. Satan is out to destroy your soul, he has no other purpose, but to take you to hell and laugh while he watches you burn with an unquenchable fire. He is your enemy and wants to pervert Gods word in any way shape or form that he can. It is his main purpose to corrupt and destroy the word of God, to the point that no one listens. We are a precous commodity unto, God he dotes his love on us. It is not his will that any of us should perish,so please , he forgives all sin not just some. Cai	What differs heterosexuality from homosexuality? One of the biggest differences is homosexual partners are not legally linked to one another. If the government does not include homosexuality then can not be legally correct. Why doesn't the government allow homosexuality if it is an "orientation" and not merely a preference? Homosexuality is based on choosing someone, anyone, based on the love you feel for them. Then would this not include incest (relationships between family members; such as, two sisters, or first cousins) and possibly polygamy? They are people who have fallen in love with an unconventional person too. If the government allows something besides the conventional man and woman, where should it stop? God's Repented	David and Jonathan never had any type of sexual intercourse. That piece of information is very incorrect. David and Jonathan were very close friends, just that. They were the very example of the way our world has been corrupted. People think that two boys that are closer than usual are homosexual, YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE HOMOSEXUAL to have a close relationship with someone of your same gender. That kind of friendship is pure, if you keep it pure. I am opposed to homosexuality for the sole reason that a man should not lay with a man, just as a woman should not lay with a woman. The closeness kept by homosexuals is ok in my opinion, but once you start getting into sexual intercourse and touching where you shouldn't, thats where you go wrong.,, David and Jonathan were very close friends, so close that they MIGHT have seemed homosexual, but they were none of the sort. They were men of God and like men of God they were not succumbed to linking friendshhip to love. They were attracted to each other maybe like homosexuals were(by this I mean how strongly they felt for each other) but they never went into that kind of relationship. How can I say this... they were very very close friends, but just because they were so close does not mean taht they were gay. Its a modern misconception, some people who are gay might not even be gay... they're just classified as so by modern society because they seem closer to their friends of the same gender, but just because you're that close to your same gendered friend does not mean you have to become homosexual. The world is against that kind of closeness because its commonplace, but like I've stated before, David and Jonathan were that close, but they were never considered homosexual because they never took their care for each other farther then a very close FRIENDship. The author of this article looks at it now and says they were gay just because they were close. That's very close minded and a biased thinking. Just because you were raised to believe that boys shouldn't hug each other or be as close together, doesn't mean that when two boys do that they want to have the kind of relationship where sexual love us involved. For the most part, I believe that when homosexuals begin to become the other gender and when they begin to cross into the sexual aspects of love, that then and only then are they homosexuals. It might seem odd to you and to a lot of people, but people can have that kind of close friendship without having that sort of sexual desire. Andrew	Jedidah - the purpose of god in all the religions i have studied so far is all about peace and accepting your fellow man for who they are. this is said in different ways "honor thy father" "respect thy neighbour" and all that... get over it. homosexuality has been around since the stone age when the idea of loving a man meant you were a stronger person because "man is the stronger sex" (which i do not believe) Eric - learn how to spell. and the bible does not say that. the bible is so open to interpretation it's not even funny, and i am a religion major.
