SK I have a follow up question on Vishwas' article. The earth was formed 20 billion years ago. I can understand that friction is a deterrent to objects clinging to each other. But over a long period of time, I would assume they all would come together... Is there any clear examples other than one or two experiments of the gravitational attraction between two huge masses on earth? 3/11/2010
SK Very well written - clarified a lot of questions I had in my mind. Thanks ! 3/11/2010
djs im curious about gravity on the smallest level. exactly why do 2 objects pull together. how do the 2 atoms have pull, what particle is causing the pull, how this particle interacts with the atom to cause it, and what regulates the amount of these particles. is earth constantly giving off these gravity particles? if so, shouldnt we constantly be getting heavier and heavier? if i put a weight in 1 spot for a year and weigh very accurately, will it always be exactly the same the whole time? 4/17/2009

Richard Foster Gravity and an activated counterweight used properly can Block Reactions. See www.intersurf.com/~propul A motor will come up to speed in 1/2 the time. Motor 1/4 the size has the same power !!!! 4/2/2005
