David Levins Very biased. Lots missing from narrative...i.e. what age was Pte, Whitehead?... He was in fact younger than Barry!
Most of the British party were boy soldiers and not armed.

Kathleen MacDer My mother's maiden name was Barry. Apparently, Kevin was a cousin (I'm not sure how close) of her father, so our family grew up knowing about him. On our father's side we are MacDermotts (McDermotts)! Say no more! 10/6/2004
