Stem Cell Therapy Holds Out Hope to Heart Patients

Patients suffering from heart failure might be able to "regrow" muscle and blood vessels in their own failing organs with the help of stem cells transplanted from their hip bones, surgeons said.

Paul Wheater It's sad that the uk government won't provide the £6,000,000 needed for Barts to start the research. My wife has serious heart failure and was told she needed a transplant eigt years ago. 5/1/2005
