Influence of Smoking depicted in movies, on teens

Various studies have confirmed that movies depicting smoking by celluloid heroes encourage children to smoke. Public mobilization is required to work to eliminate smoking (which kills more than half its regular users) from movies especially intended for children, teens and general audiences.

Sonia Mora, 13 " I think that teens smoking is bad. I think that if the parents or guardians are more watchful of their teenagers they could prevent their teens from smoking. If the teenager is exposed too much, as in they hang out too much, they are more likely to start smoking. 10/30/2005
