Here Is my story,
VI spoke to a a "Special Case Manager" His name is Williams Thomson His number is 1-800 624-9897 The person at extension 17915 was the most helpful .
He was the ruddest person I have spoken to at your Company. I asked politely Who is your manager? He told
Michel Dell that is who I report to. I asked ,How can you help with my problem ? I had call over 20 times and
almost 24 hours and now one from your company helped me. He was very uncooperative. I stared by explaining
that we had bought 256 MB of memory and he responded "Not here you did not" without looking at any of my records.
I gave him the Customer # after he found it he did not apologized. We have been given
the wrong information on how to resolve our problem at Tech support.
I was going to order a second Dell computer from QVC but after I was treated I will never want to hear about Dell
again .

I bought a Dell Computer a few months ago. I cannot begin to relate the problems that I have had in communicating certain problems that I am experiencing with the billing. I reach people who are difficult to understand and I have to keep asking them to repeat themselves. I am 67 years old, I am on a fixed income and needed a computer desperately due to health conditions which required my doing my own research. I am a veteran who must go to the VA hospital for cardiac and cancer care. I was so frustrated yesterday,I felt like returning the computer,but it would cost too much to package. Mr. Dell, I need help. I must pay this off. I was told after Apiril 26,the tyotal sum for the computer was due. I was never told that before and I am only able to pay 20 dollars per month. I was told this was fine. I have about 15 numbers for Dell and I end up speaking with supervisors. Please help me,Barbara Greenberg |
