Magic and Magicians in the 19th Century

How thrilled were we all when we went to see our first magic show? The grand entrance by the Magician followed by his astounding tricks in which he takes canaries out of a cloth piece, the dollars from a kids ears or the objects he takes out from his seemingly empty hat. A small peek into the famous magician’s in the 19th Century that made this possible.
