| Andrea, if you are still looking for a shrimp salad recipe for your daughter, here is one. shrimps - boiled and drained four or five diferent kinds of lettuce - washed and dried grated carrots pot of natural yogurt salt and pepper to taste chives, coriander and dill - chopped olive oil Arrange the grated carrots in a ring around a plate. Arrange the lettuce on a bed in the centre of the ring. In a small bowl, mix two tablespoons of olive oil, the yogurt, the herbs and the shrimp. Add enough salt and pepper to taste.
