cybo Andrea, if you are still looking for a shrimp salad recipe for your daughter, here is one.
shrimps - boiled and drained
four or five diferent kinds of lettuce - washed and dried
grated carrots
pot of natural yogurt
salt and pepper to taste
chives, coriander and dill - chopped
olive oil
Arrange the grated carrots in a ring around a plate.
Arrange the lettuce on a bed in the centre of the ring.
In a small bowl, mix two tablespoons of olive oil, the yogurt, the herbs and the shrimp. Add enough salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over the lettuce.
Serve with hot toast.

azproducer I think we should see some healthy recipes that include chicken, chicken dishes are great and full of protein!
