Gay Couples Entitled to Equal Marriage Rights

The supreme court of Massachusetts rules that gays and lesbians are entitled to full, equal marriage rights and that civil unions are unconstitutional.

Michelle C. Gay and Lesbian couples are no different than heterosexual couples and deserve the same right that they have in the courts. Many heterosexuals say that it is just the title of "Married" that we want and if it is just that, they don't understand why it is such a big deal. If the courts were to take away the title for them our country would be in shock because whether the country wants to admit it or not that title is just as important to heterosexuals as it is to homosexuals. 1/11/2005
