Drew Giordano I have your book and think it is fantastic. I am a director of a fitness center and also C.P.T. and have used some of your exercise principles with great success. I find some of the core exercises are particularly good for my older clients who may have arthritis and need exercises to improve thier mobility and flexability. 2/16/2004
