Appeal To Halt Cruel Pigeon Shoots Rejected

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court announced on January 8 that it will not consider an appeal by local Pennsylvania humane officer Johnna Seeton who had requested a preliminary injunction to stop cruel and inhumane pigeon shoots conducted by the Pike Township Sportsmen's Association.

Will These are proably the same people telling the president to stay out of other countries business, this is no different then the pigeon shoots have nothing to do with them and Im sure large cities would be happy if the pigeon population were to lessen because these birds can cause lots of damage with there waste. 8/28/2005
