Jenny Reston You have no idea how much these exercises have impacted my life. I LOVE the way my legs look now!

But in all honesty, I can't give you ALL the credit, Jorge. I had been trying all different kinds of exercises and diets under the sun. ANYTHING and EVERYTHING I could find online, or from friends--you name it.

Finally, a pretty new girl who I'd just started working with tells me about a thighs program that she was in love with. So I gave it a try, and now I feel the same way! :)

Deborah Citizen for me what is the best exercise to lose my stomach and thighs and hips. i play softball,i bowl,and my children keep me busy with their activities.if i didnt get enough sleep would that have something to do with my weight. 11/4/2006

Kisha Hi I'm 32 years old and recently got serios about getting lean. My Abs are my biggest problem. I weight 129 ils. at 5 ft. 6 inches and most people think i look thin. I think i'm slim but i have extremly flabby abs. The fat just sits there and won't move. I lose weight after exercizing and weight training but no improvement is shown in the abs area. I'm a skinny fat girl and miserable. PLease help me. My upper body is so thin my chest and collar bones are quite visible. How do i lose fat off my abs without losing too much weight elsewhere.
