HOPELESS Hi Mandy,
I'm 45, 5'2" short and weigh 190 lbs. and a total couch potato. After being on my feet for 4 hrs at work 5 days a week I'm too damn tired and lazy to do any exercise at home. I work nights, eat fast food and rotisserie chicken from the store and don't want to die before hitting my 50th birthday. I'm ready to make a change. Please HELP me!

Rory Hi Mandy,

Sorry but there is no such thing as muscle "tone". It is impossible to change the shape of a muscle as that is determined by genetics. When people refer to being "toned" they are referring to a low bodyfat percentage.

joey p I was wondering if you can send me a step by step process of muscle growth. What i need is the process in which protein isolate, glucose/carbs, glutamine, branched amino acids, HMB, creatine, insulin mimics, and antioxidants.
