Marlo Mastay I think the pa game commission is practicing ignorance and just don't want to put any hard work into remedying the problem. Adopting the TNR program is the best solution. Regardless if it' s illegal to trap ferel cats to spay and neuter them then to release them, people should continue to do so to control the over population. This problem is not going to go away. The law needs to be changed. The game commission needs to replace the person in charge and give someone else his or her position. Someone who can do the job and make a difference most important someone who cares. 6/21/2007
A. Schultz I think evey state should implement an T-N-R program, funded by donations. It shouldn't be illegal to prevent unwanted litters of kittens and to minimize the number of feral cats. T-N-R is a truly humane way of handling the situation. 11/30/2004
together neuter/spaying cats is good to control population that would lead to strays w/out a home...but never under any circumstances is it ok to kill the cats just because they are chasing birds or other wildlife...it is their nature. 3/27/2004
