Annoyed The so called "fart" tax is CRAZY! I mean who's going to charge Helen Clark 72 cents a year for her gas emissions?? It is an unessasary charge and it can not be helped! The farmers do not deserve another worry on their already weighted shoulders!! 10/12/2003
