david i am thirtheen and i have started weight training of 5kgs each hand and i am wondering if this stuns my growth and around three times i go to the gym and do the triceps press, the bench press, the dumbell press, bicep curls and the tricep pullover. i just want to know if this stuns my growth. 10/16/2003
