Erica w i think that for the people to sit there and judge blacks and put chances and persentages on them on how likely they would be goin to jail... is a very low down and un professional thing for them to do...i know us blacks do crimes and we do go to jail.. but all of us arent the same.. i havent been to jail yet which is a very good thing.. when i look on sites and comments about blacks... i never see anythinhg about whites or hispanics ect... i never see people putting percentages or chances on the likley hood of them going to jail... and if i do its a short little paragrapgh.. the same thing happens with the jens 6 boys.. they where about to get life for a crime they commited i admitt to but wasnt there fault...i dont see whites going to jail for beating us or being milioulated by people who dont even know us.. if i could i would take this all the way to the court... this is a topic that has to be brought up agin and be resolved because it wont stop unless we finish it... if your with me please keep your comments updated so we can discuss this topic that is well needed to be discussed 1/3/2008

Catherine Pugh, HB69 WHICH IS AN ATTEMPT TO GIVE CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS IN Annapolis Maryland to designate drug free zones...and provides for mandatory sentencing of 20 years for those caught distributing or conspiring to sell drugs....Many of these individuals are drug users...The Maryland Legislative Black Caucus opposes the bill...WE need to spend and allocate more dollars for drug treatment...We also need to demand that we shut our borders to the drug trade...our prisons are filled with individuals who are out of work, addicted or unemployed...what a waste of human life. 3/28/2006
