California tries to can the spam menace

It should gladden the hearts of everyone who has had their fill of spam - "unsolicited commercial email" to give it its official title: the Californian senate has passed a bill outlawing it.

Jen I think this is no different than having unsolicited callers phoning your residence and trying to sell you something.
Spam is worse---like having a toner-phoner calling your house every five minutes. This is how horrific this menace has become.		 8/5/2006
