I used to like the original grease alot, but now I cant stand to watch it. I personally enjoy the sequal much more, the jokes are funnier, the songs are cooler, and I love Michael much more than Danny, I hope they put both casts in the new movie, although I doubt it seeing as how it's Danny and Sandy's high school reunion and they were 2 years older. Well it would be cool if they did anyway |

i think grease 3 should be with everyone from grease one and grease two put them all going to college since they graduated in grease 2 not nothing fancy just a communtity collage where they rule the school but johhny has a problem picking from 2 of the girls pulia and sanda his first love johnny would do anything for sandra int the first movie he went joke so in the third make him do something else crazy michael comes in like he left off cool but still a geek but his cousin is there to help him please his girl but there is conflix in the prink laddies because itis time to choose another leader and the lille girl from the 2 movie will do anything to get it something like that would be nice and exciteing to get the whole gang from both movies their will be conflix and battles plus some revenge but in a good way guys fighting over girls the same old same old |

Well I think that this grease movies is by far the best one but I love the romance in the second one. I didn't think the second one was all that great because it had totally different names than the first one and usually when you have another movie, like a sequil come out, you usually want the same characters you had as before unless they are dead or they are working on something else. You know wath I mean? I mean music is everything to me along with drama and I think Gease is the best original musical that I have ever watched and in second place Grease 2. (The not so great Grease). How many of you have felt disappointed when you watch a movie and its over then you get all depressed because its not what you think it is? I know I have gotten that way. I mean when I was watching Grease 2 I was so disappointed when I found out that the cast wasn't the same as the first. I mean the story of Grease 2 was built off of Grease but it had completely different names and was just so wrong. When I finished watching it I never looked at the movie the same way again. But that is all ancient history now but I mean I still get people who love to write a screen play but aren't sure what other people will say when they turn it in and they ask what I think of it because I am not afraid to speak my mind. If I think their work stinks I'll tell them that but I won't go up to them and say "Hey I just read your play and it totally stunk. I mean you need to put more effert into this." But what I will say is this. I'll have them sit down and I will say... "Well I know that you have a passion for screen-play writing and I respect that and I know that one day you will grow up to be famous but I don't think this is the best screen-play that you have written. I think you need to read through the corrections and then rewrite it and then let me look it overwhen you're done." I mean that's what I will say. And that is also what I think. |

One more thing. As far as original cast members go, most of them are 55+ so would it be a wise idea to incorporate these characters who were only 18 a couple of decades earlier. Mmm, nonetheless I would like to see a hybrid of characters from both films. How about the making the male lead the offspring of Danny and Sandy with the female lead being the daughter of Michael and Stephanie (how cool would it be to have Pfieffer back?). We'll have to wait and see... |

Speaking as a fanboy who preferred the 2nd movie, I think it's a great idea to do a 3rd. The idea of Danny and Sandy's kids running the show is a little worrying though. They need to get some serious talent to make this as popular (and lucrative) as the original. I can only guess that they both go to Rydell High, blissfully unaware of each other's parents and what they got up to years earlier. Eventually they meet, fall in love and parental concern inadvertantly draws Danny and Sandy back together in a Studio 54-esque climax. At least it would give ol' Travolta another chance to get those platforms back on! |
