'McFrankenstein' returns to haunt fast food chain in new court action

McDonald's was last night facing a renewed legal action claiming the fast food chain was responsible for health problems among a group of obese American children.

Miss Berry Everyone knows that "too much of anything will make you fat." Where are these kids parents and why were they letting their children eat at McDonalds (or any other fat food restaurant) everyday? I think the cases should be bought against the parents and gaurdians, not the fast food chain. No one forced them double cheeseburgers down any of those kids throats! 6/21/2006
