I dont think he did it because he would have no reason to. R.Kelly with the amount of female fans he has would not have to look hard to find a woman to have sex with, so why an earth would he want to have sex with someone underage, who dose not want to have intercourse with him anyway and get himself into trouble, knowing the girls would be bound to talk of the situations. My comment is that that R.Kelly has a history of finding love in younger children, like his relationship with Aaliyah,the proseuters will look at that and think that R. kelly really is a rapest.
