Dean Pack I think the finder is the keeper, however, as long as we have politicans , there will be corruption,,,this is a total miscarriage of justice,,,this ver thing is what creates pirates,,until the people discover that our gov isn't for the people but self serving this will continue and get worse , an act of this nature is what creates criminals,,I'm for the salvor 100%,,,and the Gov is a legal thieve and always will be until the people take the law in their own hands. 9/29/2003
