I think avocado is very legible for hair because of its benefits, nowadays, civilized people are using many different products but for me,the alternative beauty care products like the avocado are more effective than the artificial one..and it was less in effort.. Lorana i have auburn hair that is usually dull mostly in the winter months, a few drops of avacado oil mixed with my conditioner and my hair shines like it was just colored, no oily residue and static fly-aways. Great for my shedding dog and his dry coat 1 tbls in his food 2 if he is a large dog and we both look great! 3/2/2011

Chris :) Thanks Lissa. I also use the same mixture on my skin. It leaves my face feeling good where other oils still leave my face feeling itchy dry. Apparently the other oils aren't being absorbed (this was Avon SkinSoSoft). 7/23/2010
Chris This much simplier. Wash and towel dry hair. Get a gob of Suave Humectant Conditioner in your hand. Add a little avacado oil. Mix and put in hair. Style and go. Avacado oil is so much better than other oils I've tried. The hair doesn't seem oily. 7/23/2010
