this is rediculous. everybody knows what fast food can do. you are lying if you thought it was good for you. it is ok in moderation. anyone who lets their child eat that much and allows them to reach hundreds of pounds from fast food, neeeds to be put in jail, or slapped in the face. dont blame others, because you dont know how to raise your child. my mom wouldnt let me or my 4 brothers have fast food more than once a month, because it is obviously not healthy. screw those fat kids and their dumb parents. |

To Jose ... spell check bro ... but totally agree on you. I am doing an essay regarding lawsuits and who has the right and what is an acceptable lawsuit and you know what you hit some good spots. We do kind of abuse our rights, but I am proud to have a right but also know and understand when to say I am abusing it and I am not abusing it.
To those stupid parents who is suing Mcdonalds, you are all so very unfit to be a parent, and how the hell did you live your life all this time and became parents without doing your own so called research about fat foods and your kids should sue you guys instead. But I know you all just want money ... just like the tobacco company lawsuits. |

After reading the topic of " 'Super-sized' teeneagers sue mcdonald's " it amazes me how abusive most americans are regarding the rights given to them. So now that we are suing fastfood chains, what is next do we blame ice cream or chocolate comapnies for giving us toothaches, gym clubs for being too expensive to apply for membership and that's why we do not go to the gym, or restaurants for serving oily foods or whatever reason there is. As an american I am very much embarrased to read these types of news, although this maybe a small portion of cases in the whole US, it still represents us as americans to the rest of the world. To those who are reading this, most of the world now only know america as the country that is so fat, war hungry, fake breast jobs, unsafe for young kids, and high school shootings. There are more and also there good things also but we are known for mostly the negatives becuase of how we abuse and blame other people for our worng actions. Irresponsible is another way to describe it. The lawsuit against Mcdonalds will keep on growing and next thing you know every fast food chain or company will be in court, just because we amreicans can do that. |

McDonald's is EXPENSIVE compared to healthy foods like bagels, brocolli, apples, carrots, and rice, when bought in bags in the supermarket. There's even healthy food in McDonald's for the same price. It has nothing to do with poverty or how busy someone is - they could get something 100x healthier in the same time & at the same price. |

It's called SELF CONTROL. Trying to take away burgers just because a bunch of fatasses have no self control is wrong! Its theyre own damn fault! I wanna be able to go in once in a while and enjoy a big greasy juicy fattening double quarter pounder! Heres an idea... stop eating at McDonald's, find the nearest gym, and go work out. It works wonders, trust me! And these people who say they didn't know McDonald's was unhealthy, are either really stupid oblivious morons, or theyre full of . Everyone knows McDonald's = fat. I would like to know when the last time McDonalds claimed to be a healthy choice? McDonalds is known for fatty foods, nuggets made from eggcartens and 1960's basball cards, and hot coffee on the crotch....where is the health benefit there? anyone who claimed that they thought McDonalds was good for you, needs to have their ass kicked by a russian version of frank sinatra. i dont know about you guys, but for me personally, a stir fried chicken head in my 9 piece nuggets is a god given sign, that McDonalds food is totally pure, and healthy.Actually McDonalds mascotts show its unhealthiness. You know that big purple rock looking thing on McDonalds commercials, Grimace. What do you think he is? A healthy heart? NO, hes a freakin' kidney stone.
