I bet the writer of this article lost his mind ! i believe that any one can speak loudly in any place on the earth or even on the moon. i really wanna know who told ya this silly things ? I'm Saudi guy and most of what you said in the article is nonesense. I admitt there are some mistakes done by authority but we Saudl's like the way we live here .
