GREAT CHAPTER!
first idea: you can have someone in Gracie's family die like one of her parents or close relatives and then Cameron is the one who is there to comfort her and help her get through it all
second idea: you can have gracie become so depressed that she goes to a bar by herself and drinks until she gets wasted and then she can wind up in the hospital again with alcohol poisoning and Cameron can come and realize that he is the one who made her so upset and made her do this to herself and he can see how much he truly loves her

This is really great! I've got an idea. Cameron could be dancing with Madison and she could be going on and on about how much she hates Gracie and than he decides he'd rather be with Gracie and leave Madison standing like a dumb loser and runs off to Gracie. But whatevers fine. I just think the whole moving away thing has been done too many times before in movies. |

You should make gracie move away because she is depr essed. (cameron comes to her house as she is pulling out with the moving truck and sees how skinny she is) Gracie is away for like 2 weeks. Cameron starts wishing gracie was everywhere instead of madison and thats when he realizes he loves gracie and goes after her. He rings her doorbell in her new house and as soon as she opens the door he kis ses her and tells her that he lo ves her and is sorry and was was only mad at her because he was mentally wishing she was madison and didnt realize it until she was gone. (you dont know what you have until you loose it) Hope you like it! P.S. I absolutely love your story! |

i also loved planning nate's wedding and when you have everything you crave nothing. i know as a writer u have alotta pressure but pleasee HURRY i cantt wait like at all. and for a way for him to realize he loves her, it could b that they both go to a common place and meet and talk about their fite then somehow they kiss and madison sees that and becomes her true self and then cameron realizes that gracies the girl hes always wanted. they apologize become friends then become more than friends again. iloveyourstory! |

Well, I think that this is a brilliantly written story. I so so so hate Madison. but I love the way you added her into the story to make Gracie realize her love for Cam. As for my idea, I was thinking this one
Cam starts thinking, like he did in this chapter, about Gracie again. (I just skimmed through some of the comments, if this does look like someone else's sorry for that!) The next day while going to work, he plans on stepping by Gracie. He wants to talk to her but sees Jude calling her 'Petal' and she just giggling around. He even sees Will around and is not at all happy with that. He doesn't go to work that day and lingers around her work place. He sees Jude coming out and he goes and asks Jude about his nickname for her and etc. (If I m not mistaken, Jude is gay right or wrong?) If right - he tells him about the truth and tells him that he is worthless himself for swearing at Gracie and then doubting something in between. If wrong - well he says how like a brother he is to Gracie and still tells about the worthless thing. Cam is shocked by this and he let goes. He then sees Will and then he drags him into an alley. He almost chokes him and asks him why he is hangin around Gracie. Will then responds that he and Gracie are good friends now. He confesses to Cam that he only told Gracie that he liked her but she said that they were better off friends as she already loves somebody. Cam then apologises to Will. When he comes out, he sees Gracie but then Madison comes along and flings herself upon him. Gracie sees that and she flees away with Luella. Cam then throws Madison down and tries to follow Gracie but then Madison drops in between. She asks him why he did such a horrible thing when he says that he really needs to meet Gracie. She then swears at Gracie and humiliates her. But before she finishes Cam lunges upon her and almost sticks down her throat and says that their relation is over from the second she decided to swear against Gracie. He also says that he is ashamed to go out with her and even try to get Gracie's pure soul near her wicked shadow. Madison is dumbstruck but just fumes off and leaves. Cam tries to get to Gracie but he instead is blocked by a fierce Luella and is forced to leave. (This all happens in a day) The next day, he reluctantly goes to work and sometime in between, this really cute third grader comes to him and asks him where Gracie is. Cam is overwhelmed and says that he and Gracie are in a fight. The little boy says that he should right away apologise to Gracie since she came here a few days ago to meet Cam yet he was with that devil lady - sorry I just dont like that lady (the boy confesses) and she left tears streaming down her face. The boy also says that he never say anyone so patient before yet anyone so sad too. Cam is utterly depressed and heads home. There he sees Zoe and runs to her crying. She comforts him and he tells her that he probably has feelings for Gracie but is not sure if she would even let him come near her. Zoe smiles and tells him that Gracie would definitely allow him into his life again and tells him about the conversation, they had before on Cam's birthday. Cam rushes off to meet Gracie but is blocked again by his friend. He gets a glimpse of Gracie and sees that her eyes are bloodshot and she had been really sorrowful yet when she leaves, his heart just breaks. He pleads that he need to just give her one thing but Luella blocks him mercilessly. He then goes under her balcony and waits in the open space till she comes down. He had already waited for the whole day and the night when it was raining heavily as there was a thunderstorm. Gracie comes the next day over to him since he fell down and flings her arms around him. He opens his eyes and says that he needed to give her something. First of all he apologises and Gracie follows when Cam shushes her by placing his fingers on her lips. He then pulls out a red rose (I know it is a cliche ) and takes a silver chain which had a beautiful heart pendent on it. She gasps and he tells her that he loves her with all his heart and was ignorant to wash it away at first. Tears brim in her eyes, not only when she sees that the pendent has a picture of her and Cam in the pendent ; but when she remembers that she once told Cam how her "ONE" should propose to her. He then leans over, wipes away her tears and kisses her.
I know that this sounds like a chapter itself, lol, but still somewhat I liked it this way. And because all stories require a twist when times are good, Madison somehows needs to be finished completely as rejection just cannot stop her. Well, it ll work out.
And yeah, I just forgot, I love your stories, wake up every day to see an article from Phoebe published and live my way through your stories. Hopefully, complemented along with my passion for writing, I should be able to write stories like you, maybe not as good; but inspiration stays.

Great Chapter!
Maybe Gracie and will are good friends now, and he takes Gracie to the party (after a lot of persuauion or something) and Cam sees and gets jealous. Gracie could be wearing an amazing dress but cuz she's lost so much weight Cam could get worried and try to talk to her. Then she could act like she doesn't care and try to push past him and maybe trip, and he catches her. Then HE COUILD KISS HER!

this is an idea bt i thnk he goes in to his rooms and his finds a pic or something tht reminds them off the good tym a bit like wht gracie did ! then she plucks up the courage and goes to the party and she is wearing a killer dress and she looks better tht she has lost weight and he just clicks. but Gracie cant handle maddison being all over him and she walks out as shes leaving he goes after her and they strt talking and then shes about to sy how she feels but he says summt first then they kiss or somthing and then Maddison sees ! But he feels so guilty coz he dont want to hurt any1 and he goes after madison n Gracie feels rejected and walks away goes home wht ever...lol thts mi idea ! bt yr doing great i thnk u will find summt better ! Hey. Antoehr great chapter. it hink a really good idea would be Cameron should find something of hers that she left last time she was at his place. Then maybe recall how perfect that time was and maybe how perfect she was. Then maybe ask madison if she believes if there is a One and she could be like no and say something that makes him realize thats why he likes Gracie and that Madison just doesn't get him. Then he could always decide to returnt he item and tell her he loves her. Rawly thats an idea but just mumbling a bit. Or if Madison says something bad about Gracie to him and he defends her and realizes he needs her. OR if something bad happens to someone he knows and the first person he needs is Gracie, etc. Anyways rawly those are some random mumbled ideas but I hope they help. Can't wait to see where it goes next. |

okay along with what sharon l said maybe you should have her like tell cameron that she loves him and he not say anything because he's in shock. then you could have her get like a promotion and decide to take it because she realized she just lost the love of her life. so she goes to some other part of the world and when she gets there cameron is there and he tells her that he has loved her all along. he was just surprised. and i know that's pretty cheesy but you're such a good writer you could probably make it better.

I absolutely love your story. It's great. This chapter was excellent, as usual. I reckon that you should make them reconcile and Gracie should keep hiding her feelings away for a bit longer and decides she'll just try and avoid/ignore Maddison again or something cause she's too in love with Cameron to not see him, even if it is only as best friends. Then maybe, at work or somewhere, Maddison and Gracie are alone and Maddison is her evil self, like properly evil and Cameron comes to surprise her/Gracie at work and sees what a cow Maddison is being to Gracie, sticks up for Gracie and somehow the love blossoms from there. Kind of thing? i dunno :P

Maybe Cam has an accident, and he has scars in his face, and Madison thought it was permanent; she didnt want to disgrace herself so she is dumps him while he is still in the hospital. Gracie takes care of him, and she has had enough, and she cant hold back any longer, so she tells him that she is crazily in love with him, not just as bestfriends, but as lovers as well. Cam is shocked at first but realizes that he wasnt that unhappy when Madison dumped him. It was all lust, but the way he felt for Gracie was different, and very special. Gracie tells him that she can wait, and he doesnt have to love her back, they can always be bestfriends. Cam realizes that no one has ever loved him as much as Gracie has, and he finally believes in the one, and realizes that Gracie is the one for him.
That was my idea, but I dont know if anyone likes it or not. It makes sense to me, and hope that it helps u somehow. I was just trying to be helpful, so that I will be able to read this story. I love their chemistry, and I am looking forward to see them together.
