Kundan Pandey The core of our existence is a musical play...even the three words A-U-M...keep reverberating in the universe...when we 'listen' to music (not just hear) the frequencies trigger similar thoughts and makes us feel good! but here also we are caught in the usual trap of mind and ego! When the song just begins to tune into our 'core' we related it to past or future... and end up somewhere else...music is one of the best expressions of spirituality...just listen it with awareness and dance in tune with your existence! that's what you are trying to yes!i guess;-) anyways, you are very true, i do feel the same 7/2/2009

Clifford It's also believed that the speed at which we do something depends upon the music that is playing. For example, during a meal, if there is slow music playing, we tend to eat very slowly, and if fast beat music is on, the meal is consumed faster. Same is applicable to doing work or other things.
