me i was wondering what are the recovery success rates? i can not risk losing data due to picking wrong or poor performing software. is it possible that one recovery attempt will jeopardize future recovery attempts? and if so how do i know what software to go with? i prefer to go with a professional but i have been put under the impression that they do not care about the seriousness of this issue. this is my life and i need to feel it is being treated as such. 10/10/2009
