Steve There is a disclaimer in the order page that they are selling only guides.It does backup the console games. This is the only working for backing up console games. They have compiled very good information which I would not know otherwise. I think all the above people are PxxSED off as they did not read the disclaimer nor did they want to modify the consoles. 11/2/2009
Candice DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I d/l it and it didn't work contacted them asap and no response after two weeks they came back with a basic question that I had answered in my original email and then when I asked to just get a refund per their "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy they said they would then I could never get them to respond or credit me. This is a scam. They pay people to promote their products! They refund rate is so low because they WON'T GIVE YOU ONE! 11/1/2009

Jordan Game Copy Wizard is a scam, when i purchased this software all i got was a nice free copy of dvd decrypter. Reasoning for the low refund rate is because it is extremely difficult to even find where to get a refund. 8/14/2009
Rochelle Totally Agree! You need to pay first before you find out that it is DVD Decrypter (a free software program I already had on my PC!). Nowhere does it say on the website that this is the program. 8/2/2009
Dan This item is a scam, i purchased it and after the money was transfered all i got in return was a link to the 'dvd decrypter' software and tutorials explaining that i needed a modchip which clearly goes against what was stated on the initial page of the software. clearly false advertising 7/16/2009
