Anthony The 22nd amendment makes no sense. It says the you can only hold the presidency for 2 years and cannot serve a 2nd term. Yet our presidents serve 4 year terms and often serve 2 consecutive terms making it anywhere from 4 to 8 years. So how does that amendment even make any sense. 2/7/2010
