Adam I think culture is highly overrated. Not only does it gives people the means with which to discriminate against others, but it discourages individuality for the purpose of belonging. It does not "[give people] an identity which makes them unique and different from people of other cultures", in fact it does the complete opposite. It turns them into a bunch of sheep, and the only thing that differentiates them from the other group is that they are black sheep instead of white sheep. 10/29/2009
