i am very much pro-death penalty. and not just for cases that involve murder. i believe that any person who murders, rapes, or otherwise tramazes the physical or mental being of a person due to a crime committed against them, then they should be given the death penalty. and not just a sentence of life imprisionment. i certainly will not have any of my tax money going to the prisions to help give these murderers and such alive and well with meals, cells, healthcare, dentalcare, and a place to be. no. they know what is right and what is wrong. yes, people know. they should be killed. not just left to sit around living off of our taxes. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

are you people for real? put yourself in some of these families shoes- what if your little 5yr old daughter was kidnapped- right out of the front yard- & was raped and then murdered... you still believe that these ppl don't deserve the death penalty? an innocent little girl is raped and murdered & you believe that the most they deserve is life without parole bc killing someone is immoral? i'm sure that they were thinking that in the back of their mind while hurting these kids, they just wanted to get thier "off", the one thing that TURNS THESE PEOPLE ON, SICK SICK PEOPLE... they may not even get life without parole- they could b eligible for parole and reenter the community and start murdering little innocent children again. obviously your not gonna get death penalty for a minor crime-common sense- but seriously ppl! think! anyone who murders a child deserves to be punished! |

I think the death penalty should be used only if really needed. People who kill innocent people, should receive life in jail, not only a few years. Serial Killers should receive the death penalty, definitely. I believe an eye for an eye. If Someone tortures someone else, they should be tortured the same. If someone rapes another, they should have the same done. But no one in their right mind is going to want to do that. |

it really depends on what exactly the person did, if they murder someone why should they get a second chance at life? if they go in jail, then come out again and do it again I think capital punishment would be the most reasonable punishment. |
