it would mean more to me as a poem if i could relate. unfortunatley, it's over. my father waited to long to try to be in my brother and sister's lifes and my mom has no more feelings for him anymore. funny that i ran into this poem when i did. i'm just saying that he took time away from us and we'll never get all that lost time back that we were waiting for him to change. he had decided to try to be apart of our lives when we decided that we didn't want him apart of our lives. my mom's confused about what to do, and i'm just tired of it. it's a nice poem and all i just wish that i could have the privelage to understand what it is to feel that way about a father. |
