some one Thats a lie all i have been drinking is water, straight water for about 6 years now and drinking lots of water does not trigger wait loss for me, and i eat healthy and excercise, i havent drinkin soda or had any caffine in 6 years also and i dont really eat sugary or high fat foods either. 8/18/2009
