I am 13 and this is how if fell about not being able to get a job and what adults say about it.
People tell is to have fun while we are young but now in days we have to pay to go places. Our parents want give us money because they pay the bills, they buy school clothes for us, they put food on the table, and etc. So how can we have fun with out any money? We can not have really any fun with out money. Us teen like to go shopping, going to the movies, getting nails done (teen girls), going out to eat with our freinds, we like to go to six flags, and etc. If we can not work then how can we do these things. I kow there are jobs like cutting grass, babysitting, and etc but we are not always needed there, so we do not always have money to spend. I need a job so I can save for a very nice computer, cell phone, nice stuff to redo my room, and etc. So they need to change the Child Labor Laws. |
