Whoa whoa whoa! I know this was like posted four years ago, but someone said 'Dave is a jerk and full of himself'. I suggest you read his book, he's actually not as bad as everybody says he is, and hey: he may have 'fell on his ass' after leaving the band (I guess you could call making a highly successful solo EP that...) BUT! - How would you like leaving after pouring your heart and soul into something? That's like someone having a baby and then having to give it up for adoption because you can't take care of it anymore. It's heartbreaking. |

Its sad to hear what he is going thru and her as well.....but now that he is back in the bottle real heavy and smoking again!!!....wow.....hard to imagine....its almost like he is trying to self destruct.....im hoping alex is trying to big brother a little and get him some help cuz i think alex would be the only person ed would listen to.....as of this writing 7-8-2005 its looks like VH is falling apart again as well.....not sure what is driving eddie to be this way but the talent that lies within him is being wasted......what 5 new songs in the last 5 years....a true waste.....its my hope as a huge VH fan that they find someone as thier throat and get back to making ball crunching rock and roll....... |

Sammy's personality meshes better with Eddie's. David Lee Roth is a jerk who is full of himself. He always tried to control Ed and was very jealous. If he was so great, why did he fall on his ass after leaving Van Halen? |
