Aria Kay Jerusalem is the capital of Israel, not Tel Aviv. Jerusalem is proclaimed the capital by the Israeli government and accepted as the capital by other countries. The U.S.A. keeps its embassy in Tel Aviv, but that does not make it the capital. 6/6/2011
