Howard S I think you have listed as what can be eaten is actually what cannot be eaten. This description of grapefruit diet is plain wrong! The only fruit allowed is 1/2 grapefruit at B, L, and D. No starchy carbs of any kind are allowed. 8/25/2009
Lyn I think what you got is that your list is wrong, what I see is that the foods
you can eat and not eat are is the wrong catergories, in other words,
foods you can eat are foods you can't eat, vice versus.
