kkak Do you know about killer sickness that many people were its victims? This sickness is professional killer because it kills suddenly. This is not a famous disease like cancer, but it is a hidden disease that is elevated cholesterol in blood. Cholesterol is a type of fat that is a waxy substance found in the body. There two sources of cholesterol that contributes to produce it. the first, source makes by body approximately 75% of cholesterol in the body produced by the liver and the second 25% the rest of cholesterol comes from digested food such as red meat, shrimp, butter, milk, fish, cheese and eggs. Cholesterol is one of the most important elements that help in hormone production ( ) prevent, holds cells together, builds cells ( ), produces muscle and tissue, vitamin D production. Cholesterol has two types that are LDL and HDL. Low density lipoproteins, LDL, known as the bad cholesterol because it carries cholesterol from the liver to the body. HDL, high density lipoproteins which is known as the good cholesterol due to it carries all left over cholesterol back to the liver. There are many causes that cause high cholesterol they eating fatty food, lack of physical activities, and genetic. As result, there are more effects which are stroke, atherosclerosis, and heart disease. For instance, elevated cholesterol builds up in the arteries and makes the walls hard and narrow, which raises blood pressure and impedes blood flow. or blacked blood vessels. Therefore, when people have high cholesterol want to solve the sickness they should be interested in changing their diet, doing exercise, and taking cholesterol- lowering medication.



First, people who have elevated cholesterol should withstand this problem by doing the first solution that is changing their diet. When people looking into their diet, they should realize that the food they eat contributes approximately 25% of their cholesterol. Since different diets have different amount of cholesterol that are contain, changing the diet seems to be the logical solution. People who have elevated cholesterol should become educated about high cholesterol to help them when they make special diet. Concerned people should avoid the diet that has high level of cholesterol. Also, they should know about balancing their diet. For example, foods that have a lot of fats such as red meat, shrimp, butter, eggs, milk, and fish are containing high level of cholesterol. However, plant products contain less cholesterol than animal products. Concerned individuals may consume food consisting of fibers and special kinds of fish to reduce fats. When patient succeed in lowering their cholesterol level, they become healthier and happier.

Second, doing exercise every day helps patients become stronger and lower high cholesterol levels. Doing exercise is the easiest way to control cholesterol and lose excess weight. People who want to reduce their cholesterol need to balance exercising daily and choose the fitness activity that burns a lot of fat in their bodies. Also, people who need to reduce their high cholesterol should increase the rate of exercises from 35 to 45 minutes a day and increasing the number of day’s exercises three to six days week will lead to lower cholesterol. The best way to increase exercise without bored is to exercise with friend or sports clubs to encourage each other. As a result, LDL rate will reduce from their body. In addition, doing exercise has a lot of benefits to the body, such as building muscle and fitness. Indeed, all kinds of sports exercises bring vitality to the body.

Last solution to lower cholesterol is taking medication. Some people who have high cholesterol don’t feel better when they try both previous solutions because they have high cholesterol due to genetic causes. Therefore, they need to take medication. Different medication is taken to reduce bad cholesterol that has different affections genetically caused high cholesterol. In fact, it is always the best way to follow a doctor’s advice when addressing high cholesterol caused by genetic family history. In short, people who suffer from high cholesterol by genetics should go to the doctor to know which medication fits for their body and will help them.

In conclusion, I would suggest that to people to avoid the killer sickness or who want to reduce their elevated cholesterol from their body should consider changing diet, doing physical activities, and taking cholesterol lowering medication. However, they could try these three suggestions one by one or in different combination to reduce the high cholesterol. Also, they need to take this problem seriously to avoid advanced diseases from it such as blood pressure, heart problems, atherosclerosis, and stroke which are causing to the death suddenly. humm The second benefit of sports, other than its health benefits, is for recreational purpose. For many years people have played sports. For example, have you ever thought about why people play soccer and other games? The answer to this is simple, because sports are entertaining. Sports give us as much pleasure as we need. However, if there is a sport activity when we are unhappy we will probably be motivated and refreshed after the sport activity. This should be the most important benefit of sports because many people play sports for this reason. Indeed, the most important reason to play sports is for pleasure.

All in all, we can conclude that there are several benefits and advantages of sports. First, athletes are required to be physically fit and good looking. Second, sports are entertaining. Third, sports create competition and teamwork. In my opinion, despite sports advantages,some people cannot believe that sports are useful and beneficial. I hope that in the future these people will be more optimistic towards sports since it is necessary for our lives.

The final benefit is competition and teamwork. The most important are cooperation and create competition. For example, children when they play for a team and see their personal role in the team as important, they will develop themselves to be work together. In general, most people use the morale to improve their communication skills. The teamwork is creating from sports to make many people more acceptable in their community. Also, the competition between people who look for enjoyment and teach them the spirit of sport. Actually this benefit of sports helps people to become better in all aspects of life.

According to much scientific research, we can prove that sports have a healthy benefit. Nearly 70% of middle aged people who do not play sports in their youth are now struggling with health problems such as high tension, trouble with blood circulation, and easily become tired due to the lack of sports.
