Hussain These layers find a mention in Quran. While this is a recent discovery in Science dating back to a few decades, while Quran was recited to Prophet Mohammad 1500 years back.
The Quran talks not only about these layers but also about how Sun and Moon revolve in their own axix, and that is another recent discovery.		 2/1/2011
