Patty I have an ancient chinese wooden chu with engraving on it, two holes at the top where it hung by some kind of string and was played by hitting it with a stick. I've had this for many years and am looking to find out more about it's value today, and also where I might see a picture of some other such instruments. Wikapedia defined it as a "chu", but could not see any pictures to compare it to. Do you have any suggestions where I might find more detailed information regarding this ancient wooden instrument? Thank you. 10/14/2010
