Kate H well written, but I do have one comment. My family is one of wildlife biologists, and unfortunately, some hunting is necessary for the environment, in order to maintain species. saying that everyone should resolve not to hunt at all is not only extreme, but if everyone did it many species would go extinct due to the overwhelming amount of predators. H. Simpson Bamboo is the fastest growing plant in the world, consequently it removes more carbon from the air than any other plant. Instead of planting trees everyone shold be planting bamboo. It also happens to be a great building material. It will grow in almost any climate. If only a small portion of our population grew this plant it could make a large difference in our climate. 2/11/2010

Sydney i love the environment and this website is a big resource that i can look at.it tells me so many ways i can help and be supportive and for all of the people who think this website is stupid,well when the earth melts and you drown you will wish you would of helped the environment!
