Brad I myself am confused now. I am type 2 diabetic and just read an article on no more than 20g carbs per day. yet in reading this article Carbs are extremely important. Now I wonder what the risks are of dealing with diabetes (very low carbs)and not eating enough carbs is. Are complex carbs the same to a diabetic as simple carbs? Thanks :) 6/6/2009
